1. Who we are
The Chef's Origin mobile app is published by Chef's Origin, based in Marrakech, Morocco. Questions: contact@chefs-origin.com.
2. What data we collect
When you create your account: email, password, name, phone, business name and type, city and delivery address.
When you place orders: cart contents, requested delivery date and any notes.
If you enable notifications: a technical identifier we need to deliver them.
The app does not access your location, camera, microphone or contacts, and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
3. How we use your data
Your data is used only to manage your account, process your orders, send you order updates and respond to your questions. We never sell your data and do not share it for any commercial or advertising purpose.
4. Sharing with third parties
We rely solely on the technical providers required to operate the service: app hosting and notification delivery through Apple's and Google's official services. These providers do not use your data for their own purposes.
5. Security and retention
Data travels encrypted (HTTPS) between the app and our servers. Passwords are stored hashed.
We keep your data while your account is active. Invoices tied to past orders may be kept longer to meet our accounting and tax obligations.
6. Your rights and account deletion
You can access, edit or delete your data at any time.
To delete your account and all related data, go to Profile > Delete my account, or email us. We process the request within 30 days.
The app is intended for professional use and is not designed for minors.
